Ramani Builders is a construction company. Our company is having qualified people and prefer quality materials for doing all the construction work in the best technical way. All the drawings required for the construction will be done by our company.

Our company was started in 2003 by brothers S. Sarangapani and S. Saravanan with Head Office in Ayyappanthangal, Chennai.Further expanded in 2016, a branch company was started in Kilpennathur, Thiruvannamalai District. The branch is run by another brother S. Sankar. The three brothers who own the company have many years of experience in the construction industry.

The construction company has completed more than 60 projects such as residential building, commercial building, residential apartments, school building and overhead water tank. Residential construction will be done according to Vasthu. Main goal of this company is customer satisfaction. The quote from this company would be very reasonable. The policy of company not to deceive anyone.

SARANGAPANI

Founder / Director

Sarangapani has completed ITI Civil, Diploma Civil and BE Civil and Director of Ramani Builders.Worked in many construction companies at top position and having 19 years experience.Has excellent experience in drawing works according to Vastu and pit accounting system. Has the capability to embrace, unite, effectively execute and complete construction work within specified time.

SARAVANAN

Founder / Project Head

He started his career as a mason, gradually became a contractor and is now Project Head in this company. Able to execute and finish work on time. His experience is 25 years.

SANKAR

Director - Branch Office

His educational qualification is Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Cooperative Management. He has worked as an auditor in various government banks such as Co-operative Bank, EB society, employ society and police society and later worked as a contractor in various government construction projects. He is currently the Director of Kilpennathur branch office. His experience in the construction industry is 15 years.
